Pleased to report that I have acted on my resolution to get down to some work and am now at the transfer to block stage. I drank rose and vanilla tea while I drew so this all has to work out!
The drawing for the new print looks fascinating; I can't wait to see how it comes out. I have a huge magnolia tree in my front yard, about 75 to 100 years old. In the Spring it's glorious!
The Linocutter blog is dedicated to printmaking as I am a member of Baren, a international group of printmakers who are interested in relief printmaking techniques. You should look them up if you aren't a member. http://www.barenforum.org/
Lots of good information on their site.
